Repair service initiation is blocked at this time to prevent overloading, delays and ultimately less-than-perfect customer experience, but product orders are enabled and shipments should resume normal schedule around January 8th.
Processing of CORE returns will also be delayed during the period and should start catching up around 8th.
Shipments already made to the shop will still be received and processed with delay.
