Excellent Repair Service
My Sony KDL-40Z4100 was showing a solarized image.
I removed the back and located the T-CON board following the instructions on this website. I had difficulty disconnecting the flat cables but an e-mail to Coppell was returned within an hour telling me exactly how to do this. Wonderful customer support.
I mailed in the T-CON board and within 10 days I received a message telling me that the board was defective, but they had repaired it and would mail it back straight away (after receiving payment which was fair).
When the board arrived, I re-installled it and now have a working TV. The picture quality is excellent. Thanks Coppell especially Bobby for going the extra mile.
I am from Canada and the mailing costs were not too bad! I could not find any company in Canada to fix my TV.
