CONTACTING US FOR PRE-SALES OR POST-SALES SUPPORT AND INFORMATION

 

The preferred way for contacting us with general questions is over the contact form on this website.

We exercise some guidance in the information input, which is important for both sides and then have the peace of mind to do research, if necessary, before answering.

You as a customer benefit from both too since you get more and better information with less exchanges, albeit a bit slower than in direct contact.

Presently we do not have a dedicated phone support person and what this means is that someone would have to stop working on a board to answer the phone.

We are often times busy and/or overloaded, so do not be surprised if you can’t get through.

 

INITIATING SERVICE / SENDING BOARDS FOR FIRST TIME REPAIR OR DURING WARRANTY

 

If you would like to send us one or more boards for evaluation and eventually repair, the best way is to find a listing for a repair service for one of the modules you are sending, read the listing and start the process through the “Initiate service request” button on the page.

LOCAL PICK-UPS AND DROP-OFFS

 

If you are local and want to drop-off boards for repair you are welcome to do so M-F, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (and often times later) at the following address:
