Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a repair kit for a common problem in Toshiba power supply board PE0626 / PE0626C / V28A00084501 / 75012667 used in some of their 46'' RV and XV models.
The failure is manifested by the TV powering on to dark screen; sound could still be heard when the TV is on the right input and signal is supplied.

A certain and almost unmistakable proof of the need for that kit is an open fuse F820 located just below the board label. Do not bother replacing the fuse, that alone is not going to be sufficient.
