Coppell TV Repair LLC is offering a DIY repair kit for a failure we've seen and resolved in Samsung X-Main board BN96-20046A / LJ41-09422A shown on the listing pictures and below video.
The board is used in Samsung PN51D530A3FXZA, Insignia NS-51P680A12 and possibly other plasma TV models.

FAILURE SYMPTOMS
Typical failure symptom displayed by affected TV is the TV either clicking on and right back off or power cycling until disconnected from AC (we have seen both). The behavior is reliably repeated until the X-Main board is disconnected from the Y-Main by unplugging the power cable that connects them on either side. If you do that and the TV stops power cycling and stays on (even with nothing on the screen) this is a certain indication the X-main board is bad and needs repair. You can also test the individual components listed below - specifically the power transistors - for shortage. In some rare cases the X-Main board may be bad without having anything clearly shorted and it may also cause different failure symptoms; above described properties are what we have seen and resolved using the parts in this kit and we do not guarantee it would solve any and all problems that may develop on the board.

KIT CONTENTS
Brand new replacements for the following components:
(Q4101,Q4104, Q4202, Q4503), (Q4301, Q4302), (D4202, D4505), U4001. Notes: 1) We recommend replacing *all* components we send and specifically U4001, which is difficult to test and identify if it needs replacement, but which could cause repetitive board failures if bad. 2) Replacing Q4301 and Q4302 requires taking out C4702 and C4703. Do not try to save time by not taking them out! Other components may be included in the package you will receive if our knowledge on what is required changes over time; if you receive components that you can not map to the board please contact us for clarification! All components in the kit are original and brand new whenever possible; when impossible to source brand new components we prefer choosing brand new substitutes over refurbished originals, but depending on the situation may resort to the later. This is a general company policy applying to all parts, not just the ones in this kit. In any rate you will receive the parts that we ourselves use in our repairs. And we prefer them brand new and reliable, even if a bit more expensive rather than refurbished and with half life left (in regards to power components and ICs) for pennies left; in repair business cost of components is not as critical as in mass production due to the huge difference in quantities, so it makes no sense in repairs to go with cheaper parts as it makes in volume production.

Medium to high. Only people with experience and equipment for soldering should undertake this repair.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Coppell TV Repair LLC does not guarantee that this product is all that is needed to resolve the problems with your TV. Most of the repair kits we offer are based on first hand experience servicing boards at our repair facility. Over time they may get expanded with our own experience or information from manufacturer service bulletins, customer feedback etc.
Yet failure can be unique and there can not be guarantee that what has worked one, ten or even hundred times will also work the next one.
Just as important, every repair involves about equal portion of quality of parts and quality of worksmanship and as we have no control over the worksmanship quality unless we are the ones performing it we would be unwise to provide warranty of the products utilized by that worksmanship.
As such, no warranty is offered on this product once the components in it are soldered on a board.
