Coppell TV Repair offers you a repair kit for a common problem experienced by Panasonic power supply board TNPA3911 and its various versions.
Failure symptom
Dead tv, no front LED, no blinking lights. Q406 on power supply board is usually shorted, F401 and/or F402 blown open.

F401, F402, Q406, R410 (note it may also be R413 that is actually bad, but hardly ever both)
Difficulty:
Basic to intermediate soldering skills level and consumer electronics grade soldering iron required to perform the repairs.

Notes:
1) As with all power supply boards please exercise caution and allow the board 5-10 minutes after disconnecting from power before starting to work on it!
2) When using a substitute for Q406 it will come with scratched identification on the corpus; we do that to prevent competitors (often without repair experience whatsoever) to copy what we come up with after investing time and money in actual repairs.
