It is used in a number of Panasonic SC and SD sustain boards such as TNPA5623.
RF2001T3D is known to be used in like TC60ST50, TC65VT50, TCP60ST502, TCP50GT50, TCP60GT50 and probably others.
This is a brand new component in original packaging. It is NOT taken from a board.
We do NOT test brand new components for defects.

We do not offer warranty on components other than DOA meaning that you can return the component if you do not like the way it looks or how it tests to a meter...anything, but solder it and use it on a live circuit.
