We often use it to repair power boards in plasma TVs such as LG 42LC2D, LG 50PC3D, LG 50PC1DR-UA, LG 50PC1DRA-UA and others.

When SD20N60 burns it is not uncommon for other , lower power components in its driver circuit to burn out as well. Always check those when replacing power transistors!

Also make sure to check the power circuit as well or the new replacements you will get may as well burn on first run!
