Exchange service means that you agree to buy the advertised board in good working order against an engagement to return the malfunctioning board you need replaced back to us.
The board you are purchasing will be a used one, possibly returned by another customer like you, serviced, possibly upgraded and tested by Coppell TV Repair LLC.
Once you receive it and have your TV up and running again you must send the old board back to us to get the advertised credit, subject to the requirements specified below.

DO NOT GO BY THE TV MODEL "VIZIO VX37LHDTV10A" AS THERE ARE SEVERAL MODIFICATIONS OF THAT MODEL THAT HAVE DIFFERENT INTERNALS!
OPEN THE TV AND COMPARE THE BOARD YOU HAVE TO THE PICTURE IN THIS LISTING BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!
FAILURE SYMPTOMS
There are several different variations of a failed main board 3637-0012-0150 / 0171-2272-2213 in Vizio VX37LHDTV10A.
The most popular ones are an unresponsive TV with a yellow logo and a TV which responds to power on command by changing the Vizio logo color from yellow to white and gets stuck there; you can't turn off the TV with the buttons and must disconenct it from AC.
If the TV comes on and stays on and responds to power buttons, but has nothing on the screen then it is more likely that it has bad inverters instead. Search our store for the TV model to see if we have replacement or repair services for that instead.

Ships within 1 business days of placing an order via UPS (preferred) or USPS (backup option).
WARRANTY AND WARRANTY RETURNS
60 days limited warranty covering parts and labor. If board needs to be returned customer is responsible for return S&H costs and CTVR is responsible for repairing, replacing or refunding the customer.
Return of functional boards or any other refund caused by customer and not CTVR is subject to return fee sufficient to cover CTVR's expenses related to the sale such as transaction fees and S&H costs.
Board must be packaged well and must arrive without physical damage or traces of tampering in order for any of the above warranty conditions to apply; return of physically damaged or tampered boards voids any warranty.
TRADE-IN CONDITIONS
To receive the advertised credit in full your old board must be sent back within 14 days of the date of the delivery of the purchased board as per the carrier history records.
Only boards in good physical condition and without traces of servicing or tampering will be allowed full credit.
Exception can be made for previously serviced boards based on our sole discretion on individual basis.
