Coppell TV Repair LLC offers an EXCHANGE SERVICE for main board 3665-0012-0150 / 3665-0012-0395 shown in the picture and used in Vizio XVT3D650SV LED TV.
EXCHANGE SERVICE means that you need to ship or otherwise deliver to us your old defective board, which must meet certain conditions as stated below. Upon verifying the board meets those conditions we will send you back a different board that we have re-codnitioned and tested and confirmed to be fully functional.
Note this is different from most our offers that are for either board sale with subsequent trade-in CORE paid for the old dud or a simple mail-in repair service.
Exchange service is usually only offered for boards that are very hard to find and which customers tend to purchase and keep without sending old duds for repair, thus eventually depleting our stock and the ability to circulate boards.
We may still offer a REPAIR SERVICE for your board and if we do it will usually be notably cheaper than an EXCHANGE SERVICE. Check the bottom of the description for links to offers related to this listing.
HOW DOES IT WORK
After you place an order you must mail or otherwise deliver your board to us. Our shipping address can be found in the "Contact us" page at the website as well as through Google, GoogleMaps and other similar services.
Your old board must arrive at our shop within 10 calendar days after purchase. It is your sole responsiblity to deliver the old board, by choice of your carrier or drop-off or however means you have at your disposal.
The 10 days limit is imposed because a functional board that someone else may need will be locked and the longer that lock is the longer we will be missing on opportunities from other potential buyers.
Once the period expires, if we have not received your old board we will automatically cancel the order and withhold $5 plus (eventual) merchant processing fees that we pay in regards to the transaction.
If a board arrives after the transaction has been cancelled then if a board is still available the order can be placed again; otherwise the transaction will be considered a REPAIR SERVICE (if offered) and subjected to the REPAIR SERVICE terms and conditions.
At the worst case scenario the buyer will be given the option to get the board back for the cost of return shipping without fees beyond the one outlined above.
If the board meets the below stated requirements we will ship a replacement board back. Otherwise we will contact to discuss options, the first of which is cancelling the order and returning your board while withholding the above described charges.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OLD BOARD
Boards we receive must be physically intact - not broken, no components or connectors ripped off etc; minor schuffs or chipped off corners are usually fine as long as they do not affect the board's functionality.
Similarily the boards must be chemically sound, i.e. without excessive rust, oxidation, water damage etc. For example boards from TVs that have been using in the open (patios etc) are very easily recognizable due to the effect of the ambient moisture and they are NOT a good candidate for repair or exchange.
Boards must also have NOT been worked on or previously repaired. Such boards are statistically guranteed to take longer / cost more to repair and in some 15% of the time not be repairable at all.
To summarize, we want boards that we have a fair chance repairing, even if it means we end up NOT being able to repair them for whatever reason. We are ready to assume the risk as long as the initial condition isn't one that tells us it makes no sense to assume such risk. And from experience we know those are boards with physical damage, chemical damage and - for the most part - traces of human intervention.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise explicitly stated elsewhere in the listing the boards we sell come with a standard 90 days warranty.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and Coppell TV Repair LLC is responsible for shipping back to customer. Returned boards subject to exchange, service or refund, subject to availability and agreement by Coppell TV Repair LLC and customer.
Returned boards must carry the Coppell TV Repair LLC identification stamp or label and must not have been damaged, modified or otherwise tampered with in order for warranty coverage to remain in force.
Boards returned with request for refund / order cancellation will be subject to restocking fee covering forward shipping cost, transaction cost and $10 fee for the board testing needed prior to slating it for sale again.
