Where should I send my old board for credit

I got the board last X days, installed and working good.
Please give me instruction send my bad board back to get the refund advertised in the sales listing.

Answer:

Regardless of where you have ordered the board from - www.coppelltvrepair.com or eBay.com or elsewhere, you'll always send it to the same address here.

We do want to know who is sending the board, though, in a way that will speed up the processing and therefore the refund to you.

You can include piece of paper along with the board that includes your name, phone, email and order reference or you can simply include one reference line in the address that will help us identify you.

If the order was placed on eBay we want to know your eBay user (account) name as this is the fastest way of finding the order, while for orders placed at our site we want to know the order number (4 or 5 letter integer).

We recommend making a picture of your board before sending it back as well as keeping the tracking information for the return.

Please follow that tracking information and give us 2-4 business days processing time after the package shows delivered to us; you can then contact us with questions where is the refund.
